Project description
The project, located in the Liberty Harbor North area of Jersey City, NJ consists of two 44-story rental residential towers rising from a 5-story base podium that includes additional residential units, amenities and a garage. There are a total of 900 apartments, 448 in phase 1 and 452 in phase 2.
The project is LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) Certified from the US Green Building Council. Source
