Accounting Assistant
Job Description:
1. AP
Work with Job site PM and PC for new credit applications to new supplier/Vendor. Work with outside Equipment Rental Company to setup Job site Equipment lease. Work with Mexico purchasing dept. and import department to verify and allocation import / export freight bills. Three-way matching (PO, Items receipts, Invoices) and post, pay bills on timely accurate method. Prepare Weekly AP list to accounting manager for payment issuing. Communications with Internal or External parties for any AP related inquiries. Assist with company Credit card activities verification and payment processing, reconciliation on monthly base. Verify Employee expense reports with the backup and processing on timely method. Assist accounting manager for the business registration and renewal on annual base. Coordinate with HR for payroll related insurance or business insurance renewal report, auditing report.
2. Intercompany transaction.
Work with other related parties for the intercompany invoices and reconciliation on monthly base. Backup for the cost accountant for inventory check and routine Mexico product billing (may request one month one time business trip to Mexico for inventory check). Maquiladora fee reconciliation and payment allocation.
3. Monthly closing –AP/AR
Helping senior accountant reconcile trading AP balance and verify the AP aging report. Helping senior accountant for monthly related parties AP balance reconciliation. Assistant Accounting Manager to Communication with outside CPA and answer CPA questions regarding AP.
Requirements:
1. Associate degree in accounting or related majors is required.
Intermediate level EXCEL; less than 1 year accounting experience, focus on AP processing.
2. Can holding multiple jobs at same time, and can finish the projects
within deadline;
3. Excellent interpersonal skill which can handle and survive under high
pressure in diversity culture office environment;
4. Solid communication skill for both verbal and business writing; Bilingual in Mandarin (Chinese) Spanish is plus; Entry level QB knowledge is preferred but not required.
5. Able to work comfortable with US / Mexico/ China vendor and suppliers by phone and E-mail.
Salary: TBD, hourly
3 Months’ probation period, after probation evaluation salary will be adjust accordingly. Full coverage for health, dental and vision insurance. Non-matched 401K plan. 9 paid holidays and Paid time off on accrual each year.

Executive Assistant & Private Driver
Duties:
1. Executive Transportation: Provide safe and smooth daily commutes and business travel. Ensure a quiet, stress-free environment in the vehicle, allowing the employer to rest or handle business tasks from the backseat.
2. Administrative Support: Assist in managing schedules, filtering non-urgent calls/emails, and handling basic inquiries related to construction projects (e.g., facade systems, material sourcing).
3. Logistics & Coordination: Assist with cross-border documentation and basic business correspondence (English/Chinese/Spanish).
4. Vehicle Management: Maintain the vehicle in pristine condition, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and regularly serviced.
Requirements:
• Driving Record: 5+ years of clean driving history in California. Experience with cross-border routes is a plus.
• Driving Style: Must be a calm, defensive driver. Ability to provide a "limousine-style" smooth ride is essential.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin (Chinese). Proficiency in Spanish is a strong advantage given the regional context.
• Professionalism: High level of discretion and confidentiality. Must respect the employer's need for a quiet workspace while in transit.
• Organization: Detail-oriented, able to manage administrative "clutter" and reduce the employer’s cognitive load.
****Border Crossing Requirement: Must be eligible for or currently hold SENTRI/Global Entry status. A clean background check is mandatory for frequent cross-border travel (US/Mexico).

Engineering Manager
Duties:
Work with general contractors on curtain wall projects, prepare glass facade designs, check structural calculations, and coordinate with Structural Engineers in USA, Mexico and China. Conduct field quality inspections, oversee civil, architectural, and structural installation, and monitor work of sub-contractors. Provide technical advice on design, construction, and program modifications and structural repairs. Lead project progress meetings and maintain ongoing client communication while managing change orders and coordinating cost tracking with estimators. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes on-site, while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks and delays.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Engineering Management or a related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related job. Prior experience must include Preparing and reviewing submittals and technical documentation, including material samples, architectural drawings, and site reports; Supporting project execution by coordinating and facilitating communication between teams; and contributing to quality control and compliance efforts by tracking field data, relaying technical observations, and supporting corrective action processes in accordance with internal standards.
Salary: $165,485 or above per year
